RPM North will ship all domestic packages by either UPS or Fed Ex. If the box is too large for either carrier we will use a freight forwarder. Some of the products that we sell get drop shipped from our suppliers. We do this to get products that we do not have in stock to you quickly. We know that you want to get the part you just ordered to you as fast as possible and it is our intention to get it to you in the fastest way possible.
Not all shipments will arrive undamaged, in some rare instances the product that you ordered does not get to you in brand new condition. When this happens it is important to follow procedures in order to get the problem taken care of as fast as possible. All shipments are insured with the carrier so do not worry, it will be paid for. It is important that you keep all the original material that the product was shipped in. If the packing material is missing the claim will not be honored by the carrier. DO NOT THROW ANY PACKING MATERIAL AWAY UNITIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOUR PARTS ARE NOT DAMAGED!!!!! The next step is to call the carrier (UPS or Fed Ex), they will come and pick up the package the next day (weekday). Once the package gets picked up the carrier will do an inspection and, depending on what is found, we will replace the product.
If you need to return an order, for any reason, there is a 25% restocking fee. We do not pay for the shipping back to us on an order that needs to be returned. We will cover the shipping on any orders that were shipped incorrectly. All orders need to be returned in the original boxes in sellable condition. All packaging needs to be in its original condition. If the packaging is tampered with and it is not in the original condition we cannot accept the return. Before you return the product it is important that you call RPM North first and you receive and RMA number. If an RMA number is not included on your shipping label your shipment will not be credited. There are NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL items!!!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM RPM NORTH-
You can expect every box will be insured to cover the contents, parts will be packaged correctly, you will get the correct part for the application that you ordered. If we do not have a part in stock you will hear from us on the next business day and we will tell you when to expect it. At that time if you decide to cancel the order your credit card will have never been charged. All shipments that leave directly from RPMNorth will be accompanied with an email detailing the tracking# and all information pertaining to your shipment. You can always reach an associate by way of email or the phone during working hours. If, for any reason, you cannot reach someone on the phone please send an email or give us a call back in a few minutes.
